A man has been arrested in New Jersey after allegedly confessing to the 1979 killing of a 6 year-old boy.
Police say Pedro Hernandez, 51, will be charged with second-degree murder.
Etan Patz disappeared after his parents allowed him to make his first unaccompanied trip outside the house.
His body has never been found.
