Introduction of Esalen® Massage

In this two hour course, you will be introducted to some of the fundamental elements of Esalen® massage. The class will consist of self care exercises for bodyworkers, a demonstration of Esalen® massage and supervised practice. The techniques in this class can be easily applied to any massage practice, or used alone. This class is appropriate for beginners or experienced massage therapists wanting to increase their repertoire.
