Tunisia has announced it will extradite former Libyan Prime Minister Al Baghdadi Ali Al-Mahmoudi to Libya.
The Tunisian Justice Minister said the handover could happen within days or weeks.
The No. 2 of late Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi begun a hunger strike in protest on Saturday.
