Indian village embraces wind energy

Emerging nations have been accused of ''climate change freeloading'' for failing to engage in efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

But as international government struggle to come to a consensus on how to tackle climate change, India and China have led the way in promoting wind energy to try to meet their massive demand for energy.
