Monica Pasinato-Forchielli graduated from McMasterUniversity in 1990 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Monica also has a background in Homeopathy, Fitness and Esthetics. In 2000, she was registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She opened her first clinic Family Massage Therapy in 2000 and later that year, with sister-in-law Lorna Pasinato, opened her second Clinic and Massage Therapy Store. Since then, her business has become one of the leading suppliers to the Massage Therapy industry in Canada.

Lily Cook has 17 years of global experience as a certified practitioner for the following modalities; Body worker, Esthetician, Stone Massage, Thai Stem Massage, BCRPA Her primary aim is to source treatment concepts resulting from natural ingredients, minimal preservatives with optimal therapeutic benefits. Teaching is a medium that allows her to share her knowledge and passion for the health and wellness of people, as well as an opportunity to support each spas initiative and ensure the best path to success.
