showing the functionality of a double wing reverse flow sail design on an unbalanced weight to windward proa. wrong rocker wrong displacement . model carries an extra 2 oz of weight down in windward hull to sit on correct waterline designed for the proa. steering boards were design to be adjustable to make up for the imbalance between hulls displacement.
watch diagonal bow tip from windward to leeward diagonally showing wrong configuration for best possible forward drive and helm balance. allowing to much pitching foward before the drive force is effective. The flatter rocker on windward hull adds to the negative pitching effect on leeward hull with the greater rocker.
I propose reversing the rockers from windward to leeward . giving windward hull more rocker and leeward hull flatter rocker to correct current problems as seen in the design.
