Haruki Madarame, currently the head of Nuclear Safety Commission of Japan, is famously mocked as "Haruki DETARAME (Haruki the FALSEHOOD) because of his many questionable remarks in the past, including the ones in this video. This video shows an interview with him back in 2005 when he was still a professor in nuclear engineering at Tokyo University and a member of the Commission.
