The presentation will begin with a practical understanding and definition of chakras. Then, one by one, each of the seven chakras will be addressed to explain its specific location in the body, its impact on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health, and its unique contribution toward a fully functioning physical/spiritual life. Specific examples will be given to demonstrate how dysfunctions in the mind, body, spirit connection through the chakras contribute to such things as armoring, chronic disease, imbalance, depression, immune system disorders, and even physical injury.
