In Cote D'Ivoire, the Prime Minister appointed by internationally recognised president, Alassane Outtara, has said the time is right for a "rapid offensive" against the main city of Abidjan.
Ouattara's forces are fighting soldiers loyal to incumbent president Laurent Gbagbo in what could be a decisive day in the future of the country.
