Sporadic gunfire is still ringing around the Thai captial as the battle of Bangkok drags on.

Soldiers are being placed in thousands around an anti-government camp in the heart of the city where at least 10 people have been killed and more than 125 wounded on Friday.

But the Red Shirts aren't backing down as they continue calls for the prime minister to step down.

Al-Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports.
