This video is how BSNL India and Yahoo India are torturing BSNL Broadband subscribers by stopping and starting connectivity to redirect to Yahoo India home page. This is so frequent that in between a skype call or checking mails, or watching a podcast, or surfing internet it gets disconnected. And reconnects to redirect all webpages to yahoo India.
There are two theories.
1. Yahoo knows about and wants more and more pagehits to make money of unsuspecting advertisers of ‘Pay per impression model’ as nobody wants to go to Yahoo India page in this case and hit back button. In return BSNL may be have written a script that does this automatically after regular intervals so that they siphon money from Yahoo.
2. Yahoo does not know about it. BSNL is getting money out of Yahoo by doing this in a automated redirection only that it is scripted.
Either way, we, the broadband subscribers are at the receiving end.
