One of the art world's most recognisable images - Edvard Munch's "The Scream" has been sold in New York for a record $119.9 million, that is over 91 million euros which is the most ever paid for a work of art at auction. The 1895 painting, which is a modern symbol of human anxiety, was sold at Sotheby's.
