A new, organic fertilizer created in France’s Averyon region utilises a specially developed strain of fungus to speed up organic decomposition without any of the harmful side-effects of chemical fertilizer. Already in use by 5000 of France’s 350,000 farmers and becoming a hot item on the international market, it just may step up to challenge the global dominance of chemical fertilizers. Duration: 02:08
