Ukraine's president says the "best crime investigators" will probe a series of bomb attacks, which left at least 29 people injured.
The devices went off in the eastern city of Dnipropetrovsk on Friday, after reportedly being left in rubbish bins.
The authorities described the attacks as an "act of terrorism."
