The US congress has voted to ease some long-standing travel restrictions to Cuba. It will allow Cubans to visit family back home once a year, instead of every three years. As Al Jazeera's Mariana Sanchez reports from Miami, it is something many Cuban-Americans are eagerly anticipating.
