Chavez offers neighbours oil for local products - 22 Dec 07

Venezuela's president has been flexing his oil muscle by offering his neighbours cheap fuel in return for local products and services like sugar and bananas.

Cuba has been one of the first to sign up to the deal, exchanging oil for doctors.
