VERY THOROUGH EXPLAINING WHAT NEEDED FIXED!!! Review Part 1: Jason was really great. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the car, going as far as to show us what was worn and needed to be replaced. He was really honest about what needed to be replaced today, and what needs to be replaced soon. I wish I could give 4.5 stars instead of 4. They had to order a master cylinder from a local supplier for my car. It wasn't their fault their supplier for the part dropped the ball, and we ended up waiting 5 hours for the entire brake job to be completed.
I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!! Review Part 2: Jason and the mechanics that actually worked on my car were very apologetic and appreciated our patience. They gave us a discount coupon for today's work, and didn't charge to bleed the brakes. I had a really positive experience, and would do business here again!
