Dutch officials are still not sure what caused a head-on collision between two commuters trains in Amsterdam on Saturday.

Dutch Railways director Bert Meerstadt.

SOUNDBITE: Dutch Railways director Bert Meerstadt saying (Dutch)

"We can't say anything about the reason of the crash yet. That really has to be investigated first. Both trains have black boxes which will be examined and from there, the exact answers will be given. The timing is entirely in the hands of the investigating organizations. They will decide when to make the results public."

One hundred and twenty-five people were injured in the crash. Thirteen suffered major injuries, and at least 43 were badly injured with the rest suffering minor injuries.
