This years encroaching famine, due to poor rains, post election violence and climate change threatens the lives of over 10 million Kenyans. Patrick Njeroge has been living with HIV for 10 years as a farmer. Due to the lack of food - he is unable to consistently take his Anti Retroviral medications - which require a high protein diet.
