Venezuela's parliament is set to approve a package of major constitutional changes. They include a provision letting President Hugo Chavez run for re-election as often as he wants. Venezuelans will get a chance to vote on the amendments next month but opponents are registering their objections in the streets. Mariana Sanchez reports.
