Polls in Morocco put the Islamist PJD party ahead of its three main rivals in the lead up to Friday's parliamentary elections. The tourist city of Meknes is one of the party's strongholds. Its mayor of five-years is a PJD-member and likes to tease his secular rivals by saying "for every bar you open, I will open 10 mosques." Hashem Ahelbarra reports from Meknes
