Spain's King Juan Carlos has gone under the knife again.
The 74-year-old monarch has had a hip replacement following a fall while on a private visit to Botswana. An official statement said the operation was, "linked to arthritis," that he suffered a fracture in three places adding the fall was, "accidental."
