Venezuela opposition accuses Chavez over poll 12-Aug-08

Venezuela's opposition is accusing Hugo Chavez' government of trying to keep them out of a forthcoming poll. More than 250 politicians, most of them members of the opposition, are banned from running because they're under investigation.
