Optimus Maximus Keyboard: Horrible Customer Service

http://live.pirillo.com - Yes, you read that right. I've had it with this company. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Art Lebedev Studio has canceled my order twice now. I'm not a very happy Geek at this point.
