Police search the apartment of Mohamed Merah - the Al Qaeda-inspired gunman who killed seven people in France.
The flat is riddled with bullet holes - the legacy of a 30-hour standoff between Merah and police.
That ended when the 23-year-old was shot dead by commandos as he lept from a window in the apartment.
Before that he admitted to killing three soldiers, three children and a rabbi - a rampage that shocked his family, his mother's lawyer said.

"She also needs an explanation. She has to know if she could have prevented the acts. She is questioning herself, she has regrets."
French investigators are now questioning the shooter's brother, Abdelkaer Merah, at this intelligence compound in Paris.
Police reportedly found explosives in a car he owned and security sources say he had ties to militants in Iraq.
