China to overtake US in 15 years, says Jeffrey Sachs

Renowned economist Jeffrey Sachs, speaking exclusively to ET Now, said that US President Obama is nervous about the rise of emerging markets like India and China. Also he added that he believes that China will overtake US in the next 15 years.
