The battle-lines have been drawn between Mumbai-based Sun Pharmaceutical and its Ahmedabad-based rival Zydus Cadila. Zydus Cadila moved the Madras High Court to vacate an earlier in-junction which prevented it from selling its anti-depressant drug Venz based on a complaint from Sun Pharma, which alleged that the drug's name is very similar to its own anti-depressant drug Veniz and is therefore a trademark infringement.
