JP Infratech plans to raise Rs1500 cr via IPO: Sources

Infrastructure firm Jaiprakash Associates subsidiary Jaypee Infratech is preparing to raise about Rs 1,500 crore through an initial share sale, said sources. Also, the compnay is expected to divest 10-15% in the public offer.
