High demand, high prices - real estate developers are rubbing their hands in glee. Building is picking up again in Germany and the commercial property market in particular is finding its way out of crisis. The "K?-Bogen"- a huge office complex designed by Daniel Libeskind and currently under construction in D?sseldorf - exemplifies the trend. The market for office buildings in Germany is going nowhere but up.
