Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi while addressing a well-attended election rally in Saharanpur said that Congress does not cheat the people by giving promises like the non-Congress parties. She urged the people to support Congress and elect Congress candidates to bring back development in Uttar Pradesh. She assured that Congress is committed for development and welfare of the poor.
