9/18/2011 I had a great experience with Rapid Realty South Beach Staten Island. The agent I worked with, Edward O'Sullivan, negotiated with the landlord and got me in to see (and ultimately approved for and rented) an apartment that was perfect for me, but stated no pets (I have cats). He was always quick to respond via text or phone to any of my questions or concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
The woman that assisted with my closing paperwork was great - even came in on a Sunday to do it. And just to touch on some of the other reviews - in my experience there was no shadiness. The apartment was listed as no fee, and was a no fee. I paid first months/last months/security which all went towards rent and was clearly stated on my lease.
I Definitely recommend them.
