Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is addressing an election rally in Ghaziabad as part of his campaign for Congress in Uttar Pradesh. He informed the people about the proposed Food Security Bill by which every poor family is assured with 35 Kg of food grain. All the central funds are being eaten up by the elephant in Lucknow said Rahul Gandhi.
