Fifteen policemen and one civilian have been injured in an explosion near the headquarters of Turkey's ruling party in Istanbul.
The device is believed to have been mounted onto a parked motorbike near the AK party's building.
The explosion was remote-controlled, according to the city's police chief.
Istanbul's governor says a plastic explosive was used.
