Design A Wave @ PAST PRESENT FUTURE SPACE-TIME Sept 2011

2012-02-28 1

An interview with Design A Wave, who played PAST PRESENT FUTURE SPACE-TIME, the second one-day music festival to be held at Wysing Arts on September the 10th 2011.

PAST PRESENT FUTURE SPACE-TIME explored the legacy of psychedelia; from 1960s counter culture movements, to mind expansion and alternative models for living.

The event included talks, discussions, screenings and family activity, as well as live music, hosted in specially created structures across Wysing's 11-acre rural site.

PAST PRESENT FUTURE: SPACE-TIME was programmed in partnership with Bad Timing, Strange Attractor, Electra and Escalator, with funding from Arts Council England, and built on the success of the previous year's festival of artists' music BE GLAD FOR THE SONG HAS NO END, curated by Andy Holden.
