Kathy and Rick Hilton, parents of Paris and Nicky, were out to dinner last night with publicist and family friend Elliot Mintz, and we asked them about the Michael Jackson/Conrad Murray case. While we're sure they were happy with the guilty verdict, the mood was a bittersweet one.
