Justin Bieber Almost Incites Female Riot at the Grove

Apparently, little man Justin Bieber came THIS close to inciting some sort of panic-driven riot of female proportions at the Grove this weekend. Thank goodness for security and an armor-plated Escalade that showed up in the nick of time.
