Nope it's Shawna Sands in dire need of attention, so off she went with her side kick to scare the little kiddies at a Halloween Pumpkin Patch in L.A. I think she was wearing her Joan River's Halloween mask!!! She certainly went through a lot of trouble to win best prize for this years costume. Shawna claims to not watch T.V. and that Jersey Shore is the "stupidest show ever"... hmmmmm I can bet she hasn't read a book in a while either. Careful Shawna don't trip over those lips!! We are loving her Pumpkin colored tan as well....who knew she was such Halloween advocate!
