Ciara's car was parked in an expired meter as she shopped feverishly on Robertosn. She is excited to have a costume party for her birthday in Vegas. Ciara says she doesn't exactly remember her first costume, though she thought it may have been a clown. We are looking forward to see what she will be wearing this year...HAVE A HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRLY!!!
