There is still no official word on the cause of death of Whitney Houston. An autopsy is reportedly scheduled for Sunday (February 12), but results will be deferred pending a toxicology report. Online tabloid TMZ cites sources who say that Houston was found underwater in her hotel bathtub - possibly having drowned after taking prescription drugs.

The Clive Davis Grammy pre-party was a somber one - happening at the same hotel where Houston died, literally hours before. Among the stars to pay tribute to Houston was Alicia Keys, who said she was inspired by her as a young girl.

A larger tribute is planned for her at the Grammy awards on Sunday. Jennifer Hudson will take the stage to remember Houston, in what is being pegged as a heart-felt but respectable tribute.

Finally, box office numbers are in and love story "The Vow" won the hearts of North American moviegoers with 41.7 million dollars in ticket sales over the pre-Valentine's Day weekend.

Action movie "Safe House" featuring Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds took second place with 39.3 million dollars.

In third place, family film "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson brought in 27.6 million dollars.
