The Palestinian Authority plans to publish full-page ads in the three major Israeli Hebrew language newspapers on Thursday. The ads will detail the Arab peace plan which offers Israel full recognition by the Arab world in exchange for a withdrawal from the territories it captured in the Six-Day-War. The Arab peace initiative was first adopted six years ago by the Arab world but has not been adopted by Israel. The ad campaign marks the first time the Palestinian government has reached out to the Israeli public in such a way. 11/19/08
