As the end of the six month truce with Hamas approaches, Israel warned it would launch a military response for every rocket fired from Gaza . On Sunday ,Hamas leaders in Gaza and Damascus declared they had no intention of renewing the truce with Israel unless it agrees to meet all the conditions. Meanwhile Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni declared that a truce marked by constant attacks was meaningless. At a meeting with her Austrian counterpart, Livni said: "All fire from Gaza will obligate us to respond so as to defend our citizens. We will not leave Gaza in Hamas' hands."
