Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak slammed Iran during a meeting with members of Egypts ruling party on Thursday. In the meeting Mubarak accused the Islamic Republic of trying to quote unquote devour its Arab neighbors. The comments come only days after Mubarak recalled the country's diplomatic envoy from Teheran, following a set of demonstrations in front of the Egyptian consulate in Teheran. During the demonstrations Iranian protesters called for the hanging of the Egyptian leader. 12/11/08
