The Counter Terrorism Bureau (CTB) issued a travel advisory Wednesday, warning Israelis to refrain from visiting the Goa region in India after a concrete warning was received by the bureau. The advisory recommended that Israelis planning to visit the region postpone their visit until the end of December. 12/11/08
