Hillary Clinton has decided to accept president-elect Barack Obama's offer to serve as his secretary of state, The British daily Guardian reported Tuesday. According to the Guardian, Obama's advisers have been examining the former president's foundation to ensure there is no conflict of interest. Democrats, however, have said they believe the vetting process won't hit any snags. 11/18/08
