Burning tires and waving flags, hundred of demonstrators blocked the Kerem Shalom crossing to the Gaza Strip on Sunday morning, protesting the continued transfer of supplies and aid to Gaza while negotiations for kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit's release continue to stagnate. The demonstration, which is being held near the exact spot where Schalit was kidnapped 847 days ago in June 2006, is to be attended by hundreds of people from all over the country who are reportedly traveling to the rally in massive vehicle convoys accompanied by sixty ultra-light aircrafts flown by ex-IAF pilots. 10/19/08
