Infolive.tv - Israel News - Addressing protesters from around the country campaigning against rising housing costs Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called them to demonstrate in Jerusalem. Speaking at the weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu called on the protesters who camped out in tents over the weekend in Tel Aviv to come and protest in Jerusalem and assist him in passing land reform laws. "There is a large demand and there are not enough apartments," Netanyahu told the ministers. He called on the protesters to be patient saying it could take up to three years to channel tens of thousands of apartments into the market, a move he said that will provide a genuine solution. The current protest comes only weeks after a Facebook camapign to boycott the high price of cottage cheese attracted over 100,000 followers drawing the attention of consumers and politicians alike.
