Officials revealed to the UK newspaper The Telegraph that Iran is running a global recruiting network for scientists, in efforts to bring them to the country to work on its nuclear program. According to the report, the country is attracting mainly North Korean scientists though scouts also for African scientists to work on developing missiles and nuclear production. The arrangement between Tehran and Pyongyang relies on common interests, thus North Korea will send technology and scientists to Iran, in exchange for Iranian money and testing facilities. They also stated that Iran's claims that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes is a façade.
