The remains of Ilan Halimi, a young French Jew who was murdered by a gang of anti-semitic North African Muslim immigrants in France last year, were laid to rest in a Jerusalem cemetery. Arnon Kedem reported the event, interviewed the French Embassador and the mother of Ilan. The trees planted in what is to become a memorial forest to Halimi, symbolize the triumph of life over death.
