Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Ze'ev Boim told Infolive.tv that in ten years time he hopes over one million Jews will immigrate to Israel and settle in the Galilee and Negev. Boim behaves more like the Minister of Immigration and Absorption, a post he maintained for some years before being appointed to his current position. While he acknowledges that overseas investment and real estate is important, his focus remained on encouraging more Jews to immigrate.06/11/07
