The Jerusalem Gay Pride Parade kicked off today amid threats of violence against the participants by far-right extremists. Members of the gay community and people from all walks of life joined in to support the parade. The participants convened at 4 PM at Jerusalem's Independence Park and began marching towards the Liberty Bell Park. 06/26/08
